Chapter 3-15: Using the Image Editor

Image Editor Toolbox Rules Option


The Rules option from the Image Editor Toolbox presents an Events Point overlay with options to access the ILF Editor for applicable event points. If statements are defined in the event point, the event point option is highlighted. Refer to Using Event Points for more information.

The Image Editor Toolbox Event Points overlay may contain some or all of the following options, depending on the type of process:

Start of Process

Set Run-Time Defaults

Post PCF Read

Select Image

Global EP's for Images allowing access to four additional event points:

Start of Frame

Global Pre-Display

Global Option Intercept

End of Frame

Pre-Display

Pre-Display/Verify

Option Intercept

Verify

Pre-PCF Update

Post PCF Update

End of Process

File Level EP's allowing access to five additional event points:

File Open

Post Read

Pre-Update

Post Update

File Close

Upon completion of any event point, you are returned to the Event Points overlay. Press Enter, select the Close option, or select End from the titlebar to return to the Image Editor.
